Event Coordinator - St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish Full-time / On-site position. St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish seeks a dynamic, engaging individual to fill the role of Event and Volunteer Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic, highly organized, creative, and service-oriented. The Event and Volunteer Coordinator performs a wide range of event coordination and development activities, along with administrative and office support tasks. Responsibilities include : *Developing event timelines, planning and coordinating hospitality events, addressing resource needs, and scheduling and training parishioners who serve at special events. May be required to work on evenings, weekends, or holidays to provide program support.
