Premier Medical Resources is seeking a Full- time Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and should have an understanding of core accounting and finance concepts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides financial summaries designed to guide decision-making Devises strategies for cost reduction and revenue growth Monitors monthly spending in various departments for the purposes of reporting Measures financial performance against financial operating plans Prepares graphs and presentation materials directly to the CFO Researches the potential impact of operational changes to departmental and institutional budgets Constructs profit and loss (P&L) reports for review by the CFO Forecasts operational expenses Gathers, assesses, and interprets financial data, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable data, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Provides recommendations designed to help facilities reduce their healthcare delivery costs Makes recommendations about cost allocations REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Required) One year working experience in healthcare finance or accounting (Required) BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, and Vision through BCBS 401k with employer contribution PTO About Premier Medical Resources Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company, headquartered in NW Houston near the Jersey Village area.
