RefrigiWear is searching for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. This newly created position will assist in maintaining and overseeing company's grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure workplace safety and function. Will provide leadership and clear visio n in refining preventive / predictive maintenance programs, spare parts stocking, and shop management. We offer a competitive salary with a bonus program . Duties and Responsibilities Support and assist Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the role Oversee maintenance and cleaning tasks Supervise/oversee operations conducted within department to ensure quality and service Maintain day to day operations of facilities to include follow up and completion of maintenance tickets in the system Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors Prepare facilities for seasonal weather conditions Help maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level Ensure proper security measure for the workplace, including collaborating with security vendors Financial responsibilities include review and verification of billable work and P & L reviews Produce and analyze end of month reports and billings Responsible for the oversight and timely execution of general repairs and services, this will include emergency requests, enhancements, and ongoing upkeep SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Suite) Minimum of 2 years on-the job experience 3-4 years of technical school; facilities management course preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Must be very detail orientated Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and without direction ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
