Definition:In accordance with management directives, this position provides support to most departments within the Cleveland Brothers organization in the collection, processing and reporting of monthly, quarterly and biannual commissions and incentives. Additionally, provides support to management in the writing, maintaining and administration of department commission and incentive plans.Essential Functions:This position mandates that the employee be able to perform all of the following functions:- Manually process sale commissions in accordance with the most recent commission plans- Gather, organize and verify commissions and incentive across multiple departments- Run and process DBS and CRM reports relating to commissions and customer assignments- Report commissions to payroll accurately and within given time constraints- Work with management to maintain and administer department commission and incentive plans- Maintain historical data for review and analysis per management request- Investigate inquiries, process adjustments and resolve issues timely and respectfully- Work cohesively with multiple departments in order to accurately process cross-departmental commissions- Maintain accurate and confidential file storage and documentation- Processing and understanding Sales- Account reconciliationsKnowledge and Skills Required:- This position requires a comprehensive understanding of various commission and incentive plans throughout multiple departments within the Cleveland Brothers organization- Intermediate computer skills are required- Significant experience with Lotus Notes, DBSi, CRM and Microsoft Office applications including (but not limited to) Excel, Word and PowerPoint are preferred- The incumbent will possess intermediate to advanced ability to use and maintain Excel spreadsheets including formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables- Possess the ability to prioritize duties, work independently and carry out assignments of varying complexity- The incumbent must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong mathematical and analytical skills- Additionally, a strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an honest and non-judgmental work environment are a must - An understanding of accounting practices and account reconciliation are a plus Education: 4 year degree in accounting is preferred or a combination of education and experience acceptable to the company.
