RESPONSIBILITIES: As a part of our team, your aptitude for figures and problem-solving skills will help us deliver outstanding service to our small business clientele. We interact with our clients on a frequent basis and your professionalism and helpful attitude will make a wonderful addition to our team! Full-time work schedule: Monday through Friday, office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. Some flexibility. Prepare client payrolls accurately and timely Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings Take on additional clerical and client projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge of payroll processing is a huge plus, yet we are willing to train the right person Minimum 1 year of general office/clerical experience Must be experienced with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail High level of professionalism and customer service skills required High-energy and positive attitude Outstanding work history (No job hoppers!) Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects COMPENSATION: Excellent career and income opportunities exist for someone who will grow with us.
