Certification as a Physician Assistant and completion of required Physician Assistant Program or MSN or higher degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must be c urrently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for license in Illinois . Our facilities are designated Health Professional Shortage Area s (HPSA s ) that qualif y for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program . Competitive compensation with signing bonus and/or loan repayment potential or Relocation $$. Practice opportunity details include: Candidate type: NP/PA 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule Call is approximately 1:9 telephone only (varies with the number of providers) Team-based care : Medical team includes a team of nine - physicians , NPs and PAs Integrated care with Dental, Behavioral Health and Psychiatry Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) $ 2,5 00 ($2,800 if DEA needed) CME and 40 hours per year for full-tim e position 7 paid holidays Approximately 31 days of combined vacation and sick leave (Earned time off ETO). ETO exchange allows for cash-out of unused ETO.
