In a lead position. n Excellent communication skills and have the desire to help others. n Excellent at providing professional solutions from maintenance, repairs and System Replacements. n EPA Certified. n A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. n Degree or Certificate from Trade School preferred. n Valid driver's license and insurable driving record n NATE Certification preferred. n HVAC certification or Diploma preferred. n Registered TDLR n n n Strong Work Ethic n Must pass drug screen and background check n Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces. n Respectful - be kind, positive, and helpful n Career-minded - looking for more than a job n Self-motivated - sees what needs to be done and does it n Team player - get along well with others and have a true understanding of teamwork n Pride in your work - real desire to do quality work and ensure customer satisfaction n nn Pay Scale: $45k - $80k per year plus spiffs and commissions n Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime and evenings as needed) n Apply today if you have what it takes to be a part of the industry's best team in the home service industry!
