Provider Network of America (PNOA) is seeking a full time Provider Data Management Representative for our Tempe, AZ location. The prospective candidate will need excellent oral and written communications. They should have the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while working under pressure self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail oriented, strong analytical ability. Education Required 1+ years experience with data validation and manipulation; health care experience preferred. Experience Required Computer-literate; exceptional oral/written communication skills; detail-orientated. Job Purpose The PNOA Provider Data Management relies on pre-established guidelines, sound judgment and decision-making to enter, maintain and clean up data in the Provider Module of the Precis database. The goal of this position is to ensure all elements pertaining to provider data are accurate, efficiently structured and up-to-date. Deliverables Collects, reviews and inputs demographic data and provider contracts into the Precis database Enters and reviews provider roster loads and adds/deletes/changes Validates existing data using judgment, existing knowledge and external research tools to make necessary corrections Verifies, researches and updates provider Tax ID information Works with Information Technology to get provider data in our system Maintains set-up and requests through the HMA, LLC Provider Portal
