In accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA).Responsibilities include a significant amount of the following duties which are typical but not all inclusive. Sweeping and mopping floor; cleaning woodwork, walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment. Performing busboy services. Removing trash and garbage to disposal area. Unloading supply trucks. Procuring daily stores from storeroom or refrigerator as requested. Washing, cleaning, peeling, slicing or otherwise preparing fruits and vegetables for salads, desserts and general cooking. Food serving. Other duties as assigned.Three (3) years clerk experience, preferably in a dining facility.
