Summary Objective The purpose of this position is to perform responsible administrative and supervisory work concerned with the Finance department's customer service operations. The incumbent will supervise, plan, assign, direct, and evaluate the work of the Customer Service and Meter Reading staff to ensure safe work practices, work quality, and accuracy, compliance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures. This class works under administrative supervision, developing and implementing programs within organizational policies and reporting major activities to executive-level administrators through conferences and reports. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :Requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.Requires four years of experience in accounting, financial management, utility system financial operations, including utility operations or similar customer service operations with supervisory experience in a comparable size and complex organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. This position requires the successful passing of a background check and drug screening .
