Job Description - Executive Housekeeper About the hotel: The Comfort Suites Marysville is located on 1081 Lydia Drive. Your Responsibilities: The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas. Major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, ensuring safety and security of guests, maintaining inventory and cost controls, helping select, train, maintain and manage a motivated and skilled work force. Establishes a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality and provides exemplary performance for the staff to follow. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Conducts daily walk-throughs and quality checks to drive cleanliness, productivity, efficiency, exceptional service and satisfaction at all points of contact Intervene, assist and document instances of incidents directly related to housekeeping efforts Manages supplies, equipment, chemical usage and care of the property Makes recommendations and implements necessary changes to meet and exceed company objectives and to enhance service and operational efficiency Maintains on-going communication with management regarding the specific and overall condition of assigned areas Anticipates and follows through on needs of the owners/management Serves as a problem solver in instances of dissatisfaction; resolves issues or concerns in a timely and helpful manner About Nivea Hospitality: Nivea Hospitality is a management partner to hotels and resorts, committed to delivering excellence in guest services, employee development, and hotel operations.
