WHAT TO EXPECT AS THE REGIONAL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT In this project management position, you are the captain who leads our jobs to success. You travel to various job locations throughout the country to oversee our commercial roofing projects and ensure everything comes together as it should. A confident and capable leader, you guide our employees and the subcontractors as they work, offering advice and feedback when appropriate. You ensure each team meets its production and quality goals while following the project schedule. You're not only interacting with our employees; you also get to engage with our customers. You speak with clients to inform them of the status of their jobs as well as to answer any questions they may have. If a project hits any delays or issues, you immediately let the customer know. When the job is finished, you schedule and attend final manufacturer warranty inspections to ensure everything meets our high standards. You check with the client to make sure they're satisfied with the work, then deliver the final warranties and bills to them.
