Full-time employees also receive sick leave ; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; short-term disability; and 8 paid holidays RESPONSIBILITIES - Inspects computer equipment and reads order sheet listing user requirements to prepare computer for internal use - Installs or assists in installation of hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, etc. - Loads specified software packages, such as operating systems, word processing, etc. into computer - Instructs users in the use of equipment, software, and manuals - Set-up and tear-down of audio-visual equipment - Performs other duties as assigned - Maintains a positive work atmosphere REQUIREMENTS - Must have at least 2 years of related experience - Knowledge of systems operations and ability to diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems - Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including set-up and tear-down
