As a Process Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes for the production of various products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop chemical processes for the production of various products. Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain process control strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Prepare technical reports and presentations on process design and results. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of chemical engineering. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process design and optimization. Proficient in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a production environment. Familiarity with process control systems such as DCS or PLC. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools. Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for chemical processes.
