DESIGNER Company Description : CDG Engineers, Inc. is looking to add a mechanical designer to their St. Louis, MO office. CDG is a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm headquartered in St. Louis. The firm has approximately 80 personnel with capabilities in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines primarily servicing the fields of infrastructure, power, mining, industrial, and agriculture. CDG is known for solving some of the most complex problems in challenging environments and our staff is expected to regularly engage in high level problem solving to enable our clients to be successful. The candidate will be expected to perform field investigations and assignments at the project site. This individual should also be able to work independently and collaboratively. Good people skills and willingness to travel (on occasion) are a must. Job Requirements Associate's degree. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Microsoft Office productivity software. AutoCAD/Inventor or similar design tools. Revit experience helpful. Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.
