Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst Washington, DC, DHS Onsite Position EM Key Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect Analyst to assist senior personnel working with executive management to address the entire organization through enterprise-wide chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) modeling, and simulation. Compile mission analysis of functions performed, who performs them, where and when functions are performed, and how and why they are performed to provide the capability to the USA against a terrorist attack. Duties: The Enterprise Architect applies comprehensive methods for describing current and/or future architecture/structure and behavior of an organization's processes, information systems, personnel, and organizational sub-units so that they align with the organization's core mission, vision, goals, and strategic direction. The Enterprise Architect assists in addressing business architecture (planning, programming, budgeting, and execution), CBRN architectures (how an adversary may use a pathway to make an attack), performance management (through org. program reviews), and process architecture as well. Supports enterprise design by developing enterprise schemas to map data and process flows between capabilities and solutions- creating node charts. Manages the activities of the contractor team of enterprise architects. Stays current with the standard enterprise architecture frameworks for the Federal Government. Create operational views OV-1s. Enterprise Architect may possess knowledge about the frameworks such as DOTMLPF to assess the architecture and capability gaps. May possess working knowledge of various Enterprise Architecture tools. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience Clearance: An active Top Secret Clearance upon start; Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
