Ciao Bella Salon & Spa is actively seeking a Salon Coordinator for their 20 locations and growing! We have an exciting position available! The perfect candidate is a warm and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people and "soft" skills. The ideal person exudes confidence and is levelheaded while being able to multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. ​ Ciao Bella Salon & Spa's Salon Coordinator will report to the owner of Salon Operations and support all areas of the business including, but not limited to: Exceed customer expectations as the ultimate hostess and build relationships. Lead by example, exemplify leadership, and always instill a positive culture. Oversee staff - in partnership with Owner - supervising and communicating daily issues and needs. Opening/closing salon, client transactions, book appointments, answer phone/emails, party/event support, and inventory management. Daily salon visits to include salon evaluations, employee and client needs, and back-office tasks. Marketing and social media. Salon software management and data entry New hire onboarding and training Recruiting Monthly Balances and Closings This position offers flexible hours.
