Here is what we believe it will take to be a top Roofing Salesperson Take pride in your work. Show up on time everyday to every appointment. Be motivated to beat your sales and closing numbers. Be willing to follow a proven sales process, that allows you to add your personal touches. Be open to learning new systems and ways of doing things. Be the guy/gal everyone wants to hang out with. Here's what you'll be doing: Inspecting 2-3 roof, gutter, and siding systems for replacement per day Consulting with homeowners on what the best solution is for their home. Generating 20%-30% of your own leads, with a 1% commission bonus for doing so. Input sold contracts into the CRM system and review sold projects with the production team. Annually checking in with previous clients to see how we can best serve them. Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits. Pay is provided with a base salary (adjusted annually based on sales performance) plus commission and bonuses. Commission is based on the sold price, not the net profit. Reasonable expectations for pay are: Rookie with potential: $60-80,000 Professional Sales with Construction Experience : $80-$110,000 Rock Star Salesman: $115,00-$160,000 After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days. Benefits Excellent Health Care with several options to meet your specific needs.
