As a professional in restaurant management, you overtake a variety of duties and responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction. To improve the operations of our food service team, you recruit, hire, train, and manage staff. While overseeing them, you nurture a positive working environment and monitor tasks to ensure quality control. You also create shifts to guarantee enough workforce is on the job to provide superior services.
