Job Title: Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Naval Intelligence Threat Analyst Work Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada Clearance: Current/active TS+ Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to the job posting Education: HS Diploma with five (5) plus years of related experience Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift Travel: Occasional Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Listing Number: 22-002/NV23002 LCAT: JM Threat Analyst Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). S4 Inc. is looking for a Navy Intelligence/Threat Analyst with an understanding of the Electromagnetic Spectrum and supporting Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) platforms. Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for: Developing detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission; Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information; Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results; Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Integrating IC reporting into customer processes to facilitate realistic training; Assimilating information from various sources to develop a comprehensive EMSO information baseline in support of strategic planning for agency assessments; Supporting execution of intelligence agency assessments; Collecting data in support of analysis and reporting requirements; Providing subject matter expertise on US, Allied, and threat EMSO capabilities and tactics; Teaching EMSO threat capabilities at various training courses, to include building audio/visual training aides and other course materials as required Qualifications: Naval Intelligence experience; 5 plus years of Operational level experience Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of integrating JEMSO into exercise planning is a plus. 10 plus years in threat analysis, operational mission planning, and adversary EMSO capabilities Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events Experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations 10 plus years of intelligence experience with experience in tactical and operational employment of EMSO and experience working with a variety of Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders To apply to this position please go to www.s4inc.com and click on Careers to complete and an employment application and to upload your resume.
