A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING TECHNICIAN In this position completing light construction and carpentry work, you are eager to learn new skills and produce excellent results. Every day is different as you visit our clients' homes to complete a wide variety of construction and remodeling tasks. As you arrive on site, you thoroughly communicate with the clients to understand their desires and expectations. Then, you complete various carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and drywall services. No matter what task you're working on, you approach every job mindfully and strategically to guarantee the best results. When the project is done, you thoroughly clean up your work area and leave the home looking better than when you arrived. You take great pride in completing this skilled trade work and helping bring our clients' visions to life! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING TECHNICIAN Experience in construction or remodeling 5+ years residential carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills Ability to follow the DreamMaker Code of Values Valid driver's license Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug tests Experience as a lead carpenter is preferred.
