Advance or Start Your Career in Healthcare at MLHS Mille Lacs Health System (MLHS) is applying for the Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline Grant. If awarded, this unique opportunity will offer a competency-based dual-training approach where selected applicants receive a combination of formal education strategically paired with real-life job experiences. Advance or start your career in healthcare in one of the following occupations: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Registered Nurse (RN) Radiologic Technologist Program Overview: Get paid to job shadow and learn skills that are necessary to become an RN, LPN, CMA, or Radiologic Technologist Work at MLHS in a different entry level position and earn money while attending school Apply for up to $6,000 for tuition costs and books per school year, for up to 4 years or $24,000 max (applicants must reapply every school year, no guarantee year to year)* Pick a school option that fits your schedule Partner with local colleges to get your degree Enjoy employment options after you complete your degree at Mille Lacs Health System High school graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
