Assistant Swim Team Coach Salary : $15 - $25 per hour Assistant Swim Team Coach Hours : Part Time Assistant Swim Team Coach Responsibilities : Overseeing the coaching, training, and developing our swim team members Encouraging swimmers throughout the season by helping to set and attain positive and achievable goals Ensuring the supervision and safety of swimmers Evaluating team members and recording progress in practice and at meets Assist the Head Coach with administrative functions related to the Swim Team Assistant Swim Team Coach Qualifications : Are 18 years of age or older Have knowledge of and experience in competitive swimming Have 2+ years of experience working with children (professional, volunteer, or familial) Can be a positive role model for our swimmers Are able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided) Assistant Swim Team Coach Benefits: Supplemental insurance benefits (Voluntary Accident/Injury, Hospital, and Cancer coverage via Aflac) 12% employer contribution to your YMCA pension plan YMCA Membership 30% off of Childcare and Camps Employee Assistance Program Employee Wellness Program Exceptional growth potential for your role and career Salary: $15 - $25 per hour Hours: Part-time Job Type: Part-time YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
