Pay Scale : $100,000 - $250,000, Base + Commissions and Spiffs. Uncapped earning potential Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality. Evenings and Weekends availability required based on customer demands. The sales professional will schedule and meet with clients in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. We are Carrier Authorized Dealer and provide company paid dealer training, and NATE Certifications! Potential annual income $150K + Essential job Function: Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company's products and services in a regional territory. Represent the company in a professional a manner at all time Using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues Generate a high rate of referral-based sales Integrity, honesty and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
