We are looking for a dynamic Omni-Channel Sales and Margin Forecasting Expert who is savvy with Digital Marketing Levers and has sound financial planning principals. We would love someone with catalog experience, too - but we can train that part. OVERVIEW Develop tops down fiscal plans driven by different business segments (Web, Print, and Clearance) to support business and hit key top line financial plans driving Sales and Margin. Contribute and support decisions on In-Season promotional strategies by providing weekly fiscal forecasts, historical context, and analysis on elements driving business to inform decision making on what is needed to hit topline financials and to identify risks and opportunities DUTIES Develop Pre-Season targets broken down fiscally and by Print, Web, and Clearance for Key Metrics (Demand, IMU, GM, AUT, AUR, and AUC) AUT, AUR and AUC plans built in partnership with merchandise planning to support hitting fiscal targets Provide In-Season fiscal forecasts for weekly and monthly flows for Print and Web broken down by business segment Forecasts based on strategic business initiatives using current and historical data and supported by inventory opportunities identified by merchandise planning team and promotional strategies identified by marketing team Pre-Season and In-Season partnership with marketing on reviewing circulation to ensure marketing efforts align with fiscal and event targets Drive recommendations and callouts regarding print event cadence and forecasting and penetration between Full Price (Web/Print) and Clearance Partner with merchandise planning team for recommendations to cadence Ownership of corporate calendar for drop schedule dates Partner with Marketing to develop and track progress towards Customer file targets and corresponding selling behavior (Marketing vehicle drivers, trips per year, average order value, etc.) Hindsight marketing vehicle performance (Print, Web, and Clearance) and establish catalog of past results to influence future recommendations and strategy COMPENTENCIES Strong collaboration skills Superior analytic and interpretation skills.
