We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market. We are seeking a Pursuits Administrator candidate to join our vibrant Estimating team located in our Carlsbad, CA office. This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Estimating Department in completing all bidding activities for a proposal through bid support, data and document control, and other general support duties. This position is also responsible for assisting and supporting the Marketing Department in completing project proposals and marketing activities, through data and paperwork management, submittal assembly and delivery, and other administrative duties, as needed. Seeking a team player with intermediate computer skills (preferred), ability to work well under pressure, and strong communication skills. A high school degree is the minimum formal education required for this position. Business and/or administrative college coursework preferred. Two or more years (or equivalent) administrative work experience preferred. Work experience in the construction industry preferred. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required.
