Identify needs and concerns and assist family in meeting them. Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload representative of problem situations found within the functions of FamilyCore's programs. Manage and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment which complies with all Council on Accreditation standards and local, state and federal laws and regulatory bodies. Provide direct counseling, case management and intake services to a varied caseload. Conduct offsite services to promote positive familial relationships. Establish and maintain collaboration with families. Adhere and maintain all contract requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of procedures and distribution of quality documentation that complies with the requirements of accreditation, licensing, and contracts. Working knowledge of de-escalation techniques and methods. May provide guidance for workers in the absence of the Program Director. Adhere to standards adopted through Council on Accreditation. Ability to organize and maintain data and confidential information. Develop and maintain working relationships with all internal and external clients *Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Educational: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Social Worker related field required. 4-6 years' experience required Competency: Must pass required background check. Ability to analyze, process, organize and maintain data and confidential information. Must possess valid Illinois Driver's License in good standing and proof of valid vehicle insurance. Safe, reliable personal vehicle, to be used for FamilyCore business, including transporting clients. Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Must complete child passenger safety training. Regular walking, grasping, fingering, standing and other physical activities related to an office environment. Occasional stooping, reaching overhead.
