Commercial Maintenance HVAC Sales Consultant Sun Glow Inc. is growing and we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Commercial Maintenance HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be selling commercial HVAC maintenance services. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our commercial customer's heating and cooling service needs. Primary Job Function: Present the company to potential commercial customers and qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining competitive and profitable commercial service agreement sales. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients. Work Hours: 40 hours a week which may include Saturday appointments. Required Qualifications: 2 years of B2B sales experience HVAC background preferred Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens Positive attitude Ability to work independently and self-manage Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities General sales skills and aptitude Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills Excellent communication skills Great listening skills professionally conduct self at all times Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
