Production Team Leader - Second Shift

Description:
The Production Team Leader is responsible for all manufacturing functions on the shift by applying Lean Manufacturing Concepts. The PTL will establish and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate manufacturing associates to ensure that quality, on time delivery and productivity objectives are met. This person will supervise and coach all manufacturing associates as needed. Candidate must be a self-starter who is attentive to detail, trustworthy and take pride in workmanship. Second shift PTL hours are 3 pm until 11 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 8 am until 5 pm on Wednesday. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
