Role and Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of a change management communications program for physicians and their staff-driving toward business outcomes, inspiring employees and connecting to a broader "why" for all stakeholders. Work with program implementations teams to encourage and inform practice/physician engagement across multiple business units Support the development of marketing and communications plans across multiple stakeholders with measurable objectives/goals tied to engagement A highly collaborative position, this person will work directly with the internal teams to understand goals, identify how best to accomplish objectives, plan, execute measure and optimize branding and communications programs Work with team and all internal business stakeholders to execute digital marketing programs and assets Assist team in building and optimizing digital marketing programs across SEM, SEO, and display, mobile, social and email with a goal of accelerating customer/patient conversion Assists in creating externally and internally facing brand marketing and thought leadership campaigns, including content and messaging Systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions and evaluate the potential outcomes Develop internal communication materials, such as leadership messages, podcasts, intranet content, management talking points and presentations. Plan and execute events in collaboration with others, such as all-hands, town hall meetings and round tables to promote important news and information. Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of marketing expertise, ideally with a background in healthcare, business services and/or technology Excellent cross-functional team, project and organizational skills with the proven ability to interact with and influence across all levels and functions Strong analytical skills, with ability to get to a depth of understanding of market conditions, customer needs and competitive offerings Strong communicator, creative thinker and agile executor Ability to function independently or as a team member Personal accountability with emphasis on internal and external customer service Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills, strong organizational, and decision-making skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and time constraints Ensure that all content is the highest quality, is creative and compelling and aligns with brand messaging standards.
