Outreach Worker - Project Hope Charlotte and DeSoto Counties Position Summary Provide community based services to individuals and families impacted by Hurricane Ian to improve access to trauma response services and available community resources. Assessment of needs, Development of service plans based on identified needs, Links to appropriate community service agencies, Program representation in the community, Support for the individual and natural support system, Presentations to community groups regarding disaster reactions, coping skills, and stress management. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, Experience living through natural disaster(s) preferred, Experience with crisis support preferred, Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures, Computer proficiency, Attention to detail, Ability to pass Level II Background clearance, drug test (CBHC is a drug free workplace), Valid FL driver's license, insurance, and a safe driving record, Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
