The Technical Bits: In addition to working with the fabulous team, our salary is competitive and we offer a generous benefits package (which ranks in the top 1% in the state of Washington) of medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, personal time off and more. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree required or 4 years equivalent experience Six-eight (6-8) years' human resources experience with resolution of complex employee relation issues. Healthcare experience Union experience Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including: compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws. Preferred Education and/or Experience Master's Degree PHR/SPHR This is a full time, exempt position. Salary range is $76,900-$118,000 annually and our offer is made dependent on experience.
