Boson Health is looking for a Receptionist dedicated to providing excellent customer service to join our team. In this role, the team member will need to be able to communicate in English and Spanish with our patients. POSTION DESCRIPTION:Responsible for scheduling appointments and entering patient demographic and financial information into a database. Collaborates with the business office to verify patient insurance and will communicate with the patient regarding patient payment responsibilities. Works closely with the center's manager to ensure that appropriate resources are available to meet the patient's needs and that the schedule can be run efficiently. Supports the clinical staff by taking vital signs, etc as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in a similar role with ability to function effectively under stressful conditions. Duties to include, but not limited to: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good knowledge of office support functions including filing, composing a variety of documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects. Working knowledge or medical terminology and procedures. Experience using data base software required. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading both English and Spanish required.
