Description Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is seeking a Social Media Manager to provide comprehensive strategic communications enterprise management support services to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Warrior Care and Transition (DCS, WCT) in support of the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCTP). Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K, Spot bonuses, AD&D/Life Insurance, PTO, Mental Health PTO, Birthday PTO, Housing Incentive Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive) Develop and administer social media content designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship with stakeholders. Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. Explain complex social media strategies and data in an understandable way. Maintain job knowledge to capitalize on emerging trends in the industry. Monitor website analytics, identify and support the subsequent utilization of new technology (i.e. social media channels) specific to identified stakeholder groups to proliferate comprehensive, timely and accurate information. Assist with the development and publication of compelling, persuasive, audience-tailored content, to include photography and videography. The contractor shall provide draft content materials for all programs. Track, maintain and provide monthly comprehensive metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication plans and initiatives. Analyze and draft updates to existing program stakeholder analysis and Strategic Communication Plan - incorporating an evaluation of program audiences and program communication tools. Provide the government with a document that captures and documents tactics, techniques, procedures, lessons learned, and other practices that may be beneficial to the government. Develop monthly editorial calendar to incorporate platform- specific content. Provide updates specific to approved social media channels during high-visibility adaptive reconditioning sports events, thematic events, and additional events as they occur. Use approved content updates to grow stakeholder audiences by understanding the intended audience of these tools. Assess the effectiveness of social media platforms in reaching identified stakeholder groups and provide contextual analytics and recommendations for improvements where needed. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field. Thorough knowledge of government statues and regulations in relation to social media. Thorough understanding of current social media best practices and outreach. Experience 4+ Years of relevant experience.
