Job Overview: You will be responsible for our firm's invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and recording info into QuickBooks. Responsibilities: Enter payments/payroll info into QuickBooks Enter Account Receivables and Payables to QuickBooks. Monthly and quarterly reports Update and track sales. Creating invoices and sending to clients. Reviewing all invoices to ensure they are accurate Qualifications: Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business or Accounting. General understanding to bookkeeping tasks 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience. Strong knowledge of excel. Focused, not easily distracted and strong ability to pay close attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Experience: Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)| Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) QuickBooks: 2-year (Preferred) Here at John's Farms, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a happy, helpful and enjoyable shopping experience.
