GAP Claims AdjusterMPP Company Inc.Berkshire Hathaway Automotive GroupThe GAP Claims Department is responsible for administering MPP Company's GAP Debt Waiver Addendum and GAP Insurance Policy programs. These products are designed to assist customers in the event their vehicle is declared a total loss, but the insurance settlement is not enough to cover the loan balance owed on the vehicle.The GAP Claims Adjuster reviews loan and insurance documentation details to determine if the loan balance will be paid.Responsibilities:Insurance license/backround, compliance, or claims handling experience is preferred but not requiredMust be able to handle up to 60 calls per dayMust be able to work 1 hour of overtime(if needed)Must be punctual with solid attendanceMust be able to work 8-5 M-FRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentComputer literate with experience working with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and ExcelFamiliarity of vehicle loan processHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong data entry/typing skillsTime management and organizedExcellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentCompetitive compensation based on experience.We provide full-time comprehensive benefits to all of our employees including:Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401k, referral bonuses and room to advance
