UP TO $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is searching for a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician / Journeyman to join our Decatur, GA team. We offer this position the BEST pay in the region, a base pay based upon experience, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You would also be eligible for excellent benefits such as performance incentives, profit sharing, health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, a credit union, paid holidays, paid vacations, a fleet of well-equipped vehicles, uniforms, and a minimum of 40 hours of training a year. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC LEAD SERVICE TECH Relevant HVAC Lead Service Tech experience and certifications A valid driver's license A clean driving record Able to lift up to 50lbs and perform typical job-related tasks associated with servicing and installing HVAC systems Able to pass a background check Able to pass a drug screening Strong leadership ability We'd prefer NATE and/or NCL certifications but they're not required.
