This remodeling salesperson makes a commission-based wage with $100,000+ per year earning potential. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALESPERSON Daily you'll be assigned leads to meet with homeowners who are interested in remodeling their homes and presenting potential products and services that will satisfy their wants and needs. Being excellent at working with people, you'll build and maintain good customer relationships throughout the entire installation process. Maintaining good customer relationships will enable you to generate leads by encouraging your clients to take part in Rosenello's "Customer Referral Program". Utilizing Rosenello's selling system you'll have the ability to fine-tune each presentation to maintain an acceptable closing percentage. You'll love working with our clients and take pride in knowing you've provided them with solutions from a great company that stands behind the products and services we provide. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A SALESPERSON? Sales experience, preferably in the home remodeling industry Customer service skills For our Salesperson position, we are looking for someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter. You'll need to be comfortable with presentation software. Excellent communication and time management skills are vital.
