DESE Research, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Systems Analyst position. If you feel like you have the skills and qualifications for this job, please apply now! Job Details: The Systems Analyst will use proven and innovative analysis principles to determine performance capabilities and potential performance improvements. You will also provide performance analyses ensuring compliance with defined performance and interface requirements. Required Qualifications: Experience performing systems analysis or performance analysis including system concept trade studies, operational analysis, requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, system performance measures of effectiveness analysis, technical performance measures, discrimination methods and techniques definition, or probability analysis Experience developing, delivering, and maintaining analysis tools with associated source and executable code Experience developing documentation and maintaining analysis tool design documentation, test data, third party software and compilation files Experience using MATLAB/Python or similar environment to develop analytical tools or perform numerical modeling of complex systems Technical background with five or more years of experience Experience with missile defense programs Self-motivated individual with good people skills and the desire to work on a highly technical team of engineers An active SECRET clearance Required Education Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
