RCL Benziger is looking for an Editorial Intern! This internship role will assist in the development of new or revised catechetical resources. This position with work out of our Dayton, OH office. Student will need to live in the Dayton, Ohio area and internship pay is $13.00. Who Is RCL Benziger? Reads, writes, edits, rewrites, and reviews both print and digital RCLB catechetical resources Executes writing projects from concept through completion Provides editorial review support as needed Develops or revises ancillary activities for religion curriculum Coordinates with writing and review tasks with project leads to develop products and resources, as assigned Reviews for consistency with RCLB style sheet, style and content requirements of the Catechism Committee of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), the USCCB Style Guide, and catechetical and educational principles Identifies changes or updates necessary Special projects and other duties as assigned Who Do We Need? Current student working toward degree in theology, religious studies, or catechetics; education; writing or communications or related field. Someone with prior experience working with Catholic educational communities Someone who is able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment Have proficient and applied knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat Valid driver's license required Why Us?
