The database and prospect research position is responsible for managing and maintaining donor data, generating reports and dashboards for existing donor engagement. This position utilizes databases for researching major gift prospects to help advance the mission of United Way of Greater St Louis.General Responsibilities:Navigates and maintains an accurate database/CRM tool. Serves as liaison for the philanthropy department with external vendors. Manages data projects and creates custom dashboards to track donor progress, donor pledges and gifts.This role also provides administrative support for the department including support for externally facing events including event set up and break down, attendance tracking, material preparation, and in person event registration.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Requires two years of relevant experience, a college degree and a proven track record of working with databases and other data tracking tools or the equivalent.
