SEEKING FULL TIME CUSTOMER LOYALTY ADVISOR (CLA) FULL TIME | IN-PERSON | 40 HOURS A WEEK | MONDAY - FRIDAY | 8AM - 4:30PM Incentive Concepts provides name brand merchandise for corporate gifting & rewards. We proudly represent Bose, Broil King, Costa, Ember, Hyperice, kate spade new york, Made In Cookware, Polaris, Rave Sports, and several other highly sought after brands. MAJOR ROLES: • Work with Assigned Sales Representatives • Review Purchase Orders • Work Closely with Decorators and Customers on Virtuals, Approvals, and Logistics • Provide Order Status to Reps and Customers • Quote Products that Fit in Customer Provided Parameters ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: File claims with carriers Answer emails and phones Work with the warehouse to correct mis-shipments Work with the warehouse on freight quotes and freight approvals Check inventory availability with suppliers Support other Customer Loyalty Advisors and Order Entry as needed Stay up to date on brands and products sold Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Assist with various business activities and work as a team player to accomplish corporate goals Live up to Incentive Concepts core values through your work and attitude Assist and report to Operations Manager SEND RESUME TO: Billie Reise Vice President, Administration XXXX@IncentiveConcepts.com 2645 Metro Boulevard | St. Louis, MO 63043
