As a Grants Writer , you will be responsible for writing and managing the annual cycle of foundation and corporate grants with an emphasis on developing long-term partnerships with funders through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You will be responsible for finding funding opportunities to expand the grant portfolio of the organization and maintain accurate records of all submissions, reports, etc. Our Company: Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. This Position: We are interested in Grants Writers with a Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Social Work, Public Policy, Public Health, Counseling or related. You should have 1-2 years experience in writing grants and demonstrated experience with donor prospect research and relations.
