The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, not afraid to work hard, have good customer service skills, and enjoy helping people. Primary Job Function : To provide maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed Pay Scale: Starting at $14 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Paid Holidays & Vacation, Paid Sick Days, IRA with the Company Match Required qualifications : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens HVAC experience is a plus HVAC training preferred Construction or other similar work experience preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions
