YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSOCIATE OPTOMETRIST As an Associate Optometrist, you are invaluable to our patients and our practice. Each day, you work closely with our patients to ensure they receive the best possible care. Using your training and skills, you will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose eye conditions, and prescribe treatments for disease management. Working alongside our experienced team, you provide exceptional customer service to each patient. Your ability to listen closely is unmatched, and you help our patients feel seen and heard. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE OPTOMETRIST Degree in optometry Current Florida optometry license and malpractice insurance Are you a problem solver? Do you have great communication skills, including the ability to listen closely to your patients and clearly explain technical details? Are you kind and compassionate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you attentive to detail? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! WORK SCHEDULE This position is flexible, potentially working 2 - 3 days per week with opportunities for growth at one of our established locations. Our clinic is open Monday - Saturday.
