$500 Sign-on Bonus Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) is hiring Full-Time and Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Littleton, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge and Arvada to HAVE FUN, LAUGH, and SMILE while supporting people with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. Compensation : Salary Range: $18.50-$19.00/hour $500 Sign on Bonus Benefits : Excellent Medical Insurance Employee - $30.25/month; $500 deductible, 100% coverage after meeting deductible. Option to add dependents Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) Flex Spending Plan Job Responsibilities : HAVE FUN building relationships and supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live the lives they want to live as independently as possible. See people SMILE everyday by providing activities to bring joy to their lives. LAUGH as you enjoy assisting people to learn new skills/techniques throughout the day. Assist people by connecting them with resources to gain employment if desired. COACH life skills in areas such as employment, money management, sex education, and relationship-building. HELP people to meeting their basic needs. Part time and full time opportunities. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Current driver's license and good motor vehicle record - able to provide transportation in company vehicle. Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 75 pounds in order to transfer people is required. 19 years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Heart for people with developmental disabilities. No experience necessary!
