Foremen/Assistant Foremen: Commercial Construction, Multi-Family (Baltimore Metropolitan Areas) CCSI There is no shortage of work here! Complete Conversion Services, Inc. (CCSI) is actively seeking full-time Foremen and Assistant Foremen, specifically in the Baltimore Metro Area, to begin solid year-round projects in new large-scale, long-term projects, to include Value-Added Capital improvements, Large Scale Renovations, Fire Restorations, Tenant Build-outs, etc. If you are an experienced Carpenter/Remodeler/Jack of All Trades, with supervisory experience, looking to take your career to the next level and seeking to gain financial and personal success, keep reading! Sub-contractor oversight, coordinating scheduling and material supply with office support staff, etc, also included in responsibilities! These positions earn competitive salaries of $23-$26 per hour + qtr bonuses, based on skills and experience. Additional financial incentives (Quarterly bonuses 401-K, profit sharing, etc.) Perks, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans, PTO for vacations, sick leave, +holidays. We also offer many opportunities for advancement as promotions are from within, + multiple new long-term contracts starting, with others already underway! QUALIFICATIONS ● 2+ years' experience supervising Commercial Construction, Renovations, Remodeling, New Construction, Fire Reconstruction, Tenant build-outs, etc. ● Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain things in layman's terms. Commitment to teamwork and safe practices. Ability to ensure complete client satisfaction and must have a "Whatever it takes" workplace attitude and effort! ● Bi-lingual is a definite plus.
