You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians. Your main goal is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Working hard to ensure that customer service expectations are not only met but exceeded, you maximize technicians' time and mileage. The majority of your workday is spent in the office either on the phone or computer where you thrive in a fast-paced office environment. You inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays via phone communication. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs as conflicts arise.
