What our Project Managers do each day: Leadership & Team Management : Coordinate and delegate to project operations team - assistant project manager, superintendents, assistant-superintendents. Project Planning & Coordination : Coordinate process - bidding, hiring of subcontractors, working with owner, architects, and vendors. Project Oversight : Support the operations team ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals. Monitor construction process with cash-flow projections and accurate job forecasting. Coordinate with all state, county, and city municipalities. Relationship Development : Build trust through strong communication and relationships with Midas team, subcontractors, and clients. Preferred qualifications include: Large project experience $20MM+ with large GC. 5+ years in construction management. Hospitality, multifamily, senior, or student housing experience. Industry experience in the St. Louis region. Bright, self-starter, high attention to detail. Ability to lead a team with a people-first mentality. Strong decision-maker with flexibility.
