Summary Objective The purpose of this position is to perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment and work that involves the technical application of the principles of electricity independently with considerable latitude for discretion. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by specialized courses/training equivalent to completion of one year of college. Requires three years of electrical experience at the journeyman level or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position requires the successful passing of a background check and drug screening . All applicants must upload an educational diploma/degree and a valid State of Florida Driver's License to the document section of the online application.
